NICE Loyalty Program
Part of the plusliner.com
membership benefits, the Loyalty Program is a reward
system that will allow members to earn points everytime
a ticket is purchased.
As
a registered member, for each Ringgit (RM) that you spent, we will reward
you with 1 (one) loyalty point. For
each Singapore Dollar (S$) that you spent at our Singapore Counter,
we will reward you with 2 (two) loyalty points. Accumulate
these points and redeem them for free trips and merchandizes.
To start
collecting points, please present your membership card and ticket at the Loyalty Card
Counter before boarding.

- 24 hours reservation.
- Standard redemption points as per redemption table.
- RM10.00 annual fee or 100 points per year.
- Free upgrade if delay is more than 1 hour.
- 2 times FOC change of schedule.

Platinum
- Existing member and have earned 10,000 points or more in the last five (5) years.
- 12 hours reservation.
- Redemption based on lower points set by management from time to time.
- 100 points reduction as annual fee.
- Free upgrade if delay is more than ½ hour.
- 3 times FOC change of schedule.
- Express service counter.
- Gift on special occasions.
- Entitled for special privileges on all packages offered by management from time to time.
- Member needs to accumulate minimum 1,600 points per year to remain as Platinum member.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Everyone can apply to be a member of
LP except travel agents and staff of Plusliner Sdn Bhd.

Only the cardholder's name can make use of the card and enjoys the privileges.

Plusliner Sdn Bhd does not allow individuals to have more than
one account in the program.

Plusliner Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the program rules, regulations
and special offers as well as terminate this program without notice.

A member is required to purchase ticket at the counter or through delivery
channel as normal.

On the departure date, a member must present their
card and ticket at the Loyalty Card Counter to accumulate points.

Members can use their own tickets only to be entitled
for points. Spouse, children and friends are encouraged to become members as well.

Members are encouraged to check their accumulated points before making redemption.

Plusliner Sdn Bhd will be the final
authority for point credit and benefit qualifications.

Upon renewal, a maximum of 500 points only will be transferred
to the following year for NICE and NICE Junior
cardholder (Platinum cardholder = 2000 points carry forward).

Inactive account in the last 12 months may automatically delete
from the system.

Accumulated points may expire at the point of
renewal except those points that are allowed to be carried forward.

Points cannot be transferred, sold or refunded.
Plusliner Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate any membership if rules and regulations
are not adhered to.

Travel awards, points accrual and special offers are subjected to government regulations.

Any tax liability and/or consequential cost incurred by the use or receipt of awarded benefits
remains the sole responsibility of the member.
